2 Products and Orders
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed you will receive a full refund.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
3 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
4 Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5 Returns and Refunds
We stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of delivery at lulls.customercare@gmail.com. We will review each request individually and issue refunds or replacements at our discretion. Products must be returned in their original condition where applicable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6 Subscription Orders
If you purchase a subscription product you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or managing your account settings. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges already processed except at our sole discretion.
