We begin processing orders quickly. Contact us immediately at lulls.customercare@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been fulfilled.

Please check with neighbours and building management first. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim. Then reach out to us at lulls.customercare@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to assist.

Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
